AmeriPAC is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our online and offline members and donors.
Gathering and Usage of Information
AmeriPAC only collects personal information from you on a voluntary basis and it isn’t required to obtain access to www.AmeriPAC.org. The types of personal information AmeriPAC collect may include your name, mailing address, email address, and phone number.
AmeriPAC does not sell your email address or phone number to any third parties. Some activities on www.AmeriPAC.org explicitly involve sharing your personal information with a third party. If you sign a petition or similar call to action that has the express purpose of sending emails or petitions to Congress, the media, or similar, AmeriPAC will share your personal information with the target of the call to action.
On some occasions, AmeriPAC will make our membership postal mailing list available to allied organizations for the purpose of sending direct mail.
Opt-Out
AmeriPAC maintains several opt-out and opt-in email lists, including our alerts and issue updates. AmeriPAC gives you control over these and at any time you may “opt-out” and remove your email or mailing address from our files. There is an “unsubscribe” process detailed at the bottom of every email, or you can contact us at info@AmeriPAC.org to be removed from AmeriPAC’s lists. If you do not want to receive USPS mail from AmeriPAC, please contact us at info@AmeriPAC.org and AmeriPAC will remove your name and address. Any email, physical address, name and other information changes can also be made by contacting AmeriPAC at info@AmeriPAC.org.

This information helps AmeriPAC optimize our site to be more useful for you. AmeriPAC don’t use cookies to extract personal information.
