ALERT: Massachusetts has rejected ObamaCare so Reid- Pelosi and Obama are conspiring to have the disastrous unfinished ObamaCare Bill signed into law without further debate before Sen. Elect Brown drives his truck to Washington to vote thus giving a Blank Check to Congress to work out the details later in secret.

Voters rejected ObamaCare at the polls in MA. Not the change Obama envisioned as Independents and Democrats overwhelmingly dumped ObamaCare. Just 17% of registered MA voters are Republican yet 78% of the voters polled rejected ObamaCare and 57% said it was the major decision factor on election day. Will we now see CZAR Obama bypass the will of the people and force his brand of change on all Americans like it or not?

Democrat ObamaCare Strategy Now Is To Confront and Blame GOP

Democrat Governor of Pennsylvania and X-Democratic Party Chair Ed Rendell revealed the new strategy to push through ObamaCare. Blame the GOP for stalling tactics, make them filibuster and reject all GOP healthcare reform measures. Meanwhile even Sen. Susan Collins said "I hope it (ObamaCare) is dead".

Massachusetts Is Americas Voice And Has Rejected ObamaCare

Sen. Scott Brown elect shocked Democrats by winning the open U.S. Senate seat he called the "peoples seat not the Kennedy seat" in Massachusetts and won by 52% to 47% over Obama's hand picked Democrat and said he tapped into mounting aggravation among voters over ObamaCare.

Scott Brown's victory is a serious setback to ObamaCare and Obama's key domestic agenda on reforming healthcare and passing an Energy Tax and Amnesty for Illegals.

The result stunned Democrats and means Republicans now have enough Senate votes to stop ObamaCare, Obama's vision of socialism for America.

Brown said, "I want to be the person to go down there and send the health care (bill) back to its drawing board, so they can do it better," he continued. "And when they're talking about raising your taxes and they're talking about raising the debt ceiling and they're talking about all those things, at least we can debate it in a transparent manner, not behind closed doors."

Obama tried to rally voters in a desperate attempt to save his plans to destroy the U.S. health care system and keep the seat held for decades by liberal Ted Kennedy in Democratic hands by attacking Browns supporters as "opponents of change and progress."

This is a wake up call for all Americans that clearly shows Obama's lack of leadership substance and his campaign first and last to promise anything while making divisive attacks against all those who disagree with his policy.

Mr. Obama your change is not the change Americans want. We will stop you, Nancy Pelosi, and Harry Reid who are dead set on forcing America into accept your plan for socialized health care and socialized government.

They think that we can't stop them -- but in fact, we know HOW to stop them cold.

It's a way that has worked in the past, and it can work TODAY -- but we need YOUR help to MAKE it work!

Thanks to a parliamentary maneuver by Senate Republicans just before the recess... ObamaCare could be dead on arrival in the U.S. House of Representatives?

IT'S TRUE -- but WE have to make sure that it DOES die!

After Sen. Harry Reid was able to bribe and cajole 60 Democrat and Independent Senators to vote for "cloture" and pass the Senate version of ObamaCare, Sen. Jim DeMint (R-SC) engineered an "objection to the appointment of the conferees". What that means is this: The U.S. Constitution, in Article I, Section 7.2, specifies that every bill has to pass both houses of Congress before it can be signed into law. However, it has to be the exact same bill that passes. That usually means that, when a bill is amended in one house (like the Senate amended the House bill, in order to get the 60 votes needed to pass it), a "conference committee" is appointed with members of both houses to "iron out" the differences, and then each house votes on the final compromise bill with no amendments allowed.

That's what usually happens... BUT NOT THIS TIME!

THIS TIME, Republican Leader McConnell (at the behest of Sen. DeMint) actually objected to the appointment of the conferees -- something that's almost never done. That means that the Senate ObamaCare bill must be amended on the House floor to gain the votes they need to pass it on the House floor. And because of Sen. DeMint's objection to the appointment of the conferees, there will be no conference, or conference report. Democrats can resort to a fallback: they can propose a motion to appoint conferees, but that motion is subject to filibuster. It would likely require three separate cloture votes just to pass the motion to appoint conferees! So -- the Senate bill goes back to the House, which will have to debate it all over again... including amending it.

If the House amends the Senate bill, they then have to send the amended bill back to the Senate -- where all the 60 vote margin cloture votes still apply -- cloture on the motion to proceed, cloture to end the filibuster, and cloture on any amendment.

And you can bet that the House WILL amend the Senate bill. There are PLENTY of disagreements among Democrats in the House over Harry Reid's compromise bill, in areas like abortion, the public option, illegal immigrant coverage, taxation of union health care plans, and the degree of subsidy available for purchase of health care. Any ONE of these can SINK Obamacare!

On abortion RESULT: OBAMACARE DIES.

On the issue of having a "public option" RESULT: OBAMACARE DIES.

On forcing Americans to have private insurance RESULT: OBAMACARE DIES.

On Amnesty for Illegals RESULT: OBAMACARE DIES.

GET IT? We can WIN this fight! With Senate Republicans now forcing Democrats to "ping-pong" the Obamacare bill back and forth between the two Houses, we can capitalize on the divisions within the Democrat Party itself! If we can STOP Reid and Pelosi from getting enough votes in either House -- that means THE BILL WOULD DIE!

We CAN still win, by keeping the Democrats from getting the votes they need to pass Obamacare... but we can't do it without YOUR help!

TAKE ACTION: We don't have much time before the liberal Democrat leaders in the House and Senate begin their backroom deal-making to work all of their deals and compromises, in hopes of getting enough votes to pass Obamacare. We have to start NOW in letting ALL of these people who are supposed to be representing US in Washington, that we are NOT going to put up with this -- and that they MUST LISTEN TO US and KILL THE BILL!

BE ENCOURAGED -- remember that the majority of the American people are WITH US. With every passing day, more and more citizens -- left AND right -- are expressing their opposition and outrage over this monstrous bill. And remember, Obama, Pelosi and Reid wanted to pass Obamacare months ago. Thanks to YOUR efforts, we've been able to STOP that from happening -- WE CAN'T GIVE UP NOW!

P.S. The House of Representatives returned on January 12, 2010, and the US Senate on January 19, 2010. Even before that, though, leaders in the House and Senate are planning closed-door backroom meetings to negotiate all of their "deals" to try and get this thing passed.
